From scenic view from Shimla and snow-capped mountains in Manali to the peaceful vibes of Manikaran and Dharamshala, the scenic beauty of Khajjiar, and the patriotic energy at Wagah Border, every stop had something unique to offer. The entire trip was smooth and well-organized comfortable cab, good hotels with mountain view (except small issues which handled well by Manisha), and a very friendly and skilled driver (Gian and Ravi Thakur made our journey smooth and intresting. he hotel manager’s polite and helpful attitude stood out and was much appreciated. The cab driver was punctual and maintained a polite and professional attitude throughout, which made our travel smoother. That said, I believe the travel agent should take more care in understanding the client’s needs and clearly communicating the reality of what’s being offered, rather than overselling. Transparency builds trust and is more valuable in the long run than just making a sale.

ot made. I had to coordinate with the travels at 6 AM to get this resolved (luckily one of the representatives picked up the call. The main contact did not pick up the call). This was not a pleasant experience as we were trying to check out fast to make sure we are able to reach airport on time for our flight. 2) Cab driver was great in general but was really hesitant to switch on AC and even switched on, he was keeping it at very low speed which did not help at all.
